WORKSHOP TRANSFER
AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing an RGP Development Workshop!  We have recently updated the terms of our Workshop Transfer and Refund Policy as follows:

1. New Workshop Purchases

 

Live workshops purchased after 5/11/2022 are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Workshop credits must be used within one calendar year from the purchase date.  Any unused credits will be forfeited and not eligible to be refunded or transferred after one calendar year.

  • Unless otherwise stated or purchased as part of a partially used bundle, workshop credits are eligible for a refund for up to one calendar year from the date of purchase. You must email info@rgpdevelopment.com prior to the expiration of the credit to be eligible for a refund.

  • Nonrefundable deposits can be transferred to a new program within one calendar year of the purchase date but will be subject to a $50 transfer fee.

  • Tuitions can only be transferred once.

  • Workshop bundles are only eligible to be transferred or refunded if no workshops within the bundle have been attended.

2. Previous Workshop Purchases

 

The terms and conditions for Live workshops purchased prior to 5/11/2022 are subject to the following updated terms and conditions:

  • Unused tuition and workshop credit will remain valid through 6/1/2023.  In order to use your credit, you must register for and attend the workshop(s) prior to 6/1/2023.

  • Unused tuition and workshop credit will be eligible for a refund by 12/31/2022, granted workshops are not part of a partially used bundle.  You must email info@rgpdevelopment.com prior to 12/31/2022 to request the refund.

  • Any tuition and workshop credit that is not used by 6/1/2023 is forfeited.

  • Non-refundable deposits can be transferred to a different workshop or program for a $50 transfer fee if requested prior to 6/1/2023.  Credits transferred towards a new workshop or program will remain valid for one calendar year from the transfer date.

  • Tuitions can only be transferred once.

  • If you purchased a bundle and attended one or more workshops in the bundle, transfers and refunds are not available.

3. Registration Policy

 

Due to the experiential nature of RGP Development workshops, programs with less than 15 participants enrolled are subject to postponement with a two week notice to fully registered participants.  This is to ensure the best possible experience for every workshop.  

  • Participants of rescheduled workshops will not be required to pay transfer fees for the same workshop held at a later date.

  • Participants of rescheduled workshops will be eligible for a refund up to one calendar year from the original purchase date
